RevOps leader aligning tech, data, and teams for GTM execution.
I partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to build the infrastructure that keeps revenue predictable. That means owning the systems, models, and workflows that connect strategy to execution across the full GTM lifecycle.
Compensation models, forecasting systems, AI tooling, the weekly pipeline meeting,it all points to one thing: fewer obstacles between our people and their number.
Born and raised in Boston, I moved to New York in 2014 with an Amtrak ticket and a duffel bag. I planned to try the city out for a year. Twelve years later, it's where I set roots and started a family.
New York is also where operations clicked as a craft, not just a job title. The work of building systems that make teams run better turned out to be the thing I actually wanted to spend my career on.
Outside work: music obsessive, runner in recovery, Brooklyn playground connoisseur (courtesy of a toddler), and almost always carrying a book.
Work side by side with your team. Never ask them to do something you won't do yourself.
Programs succeed when GTM teams use them because they're useful, not because they're required.
RevOps isn't tied to a quota, but it should feel the wins and the losses the same as the teams it serves.
Content marketing, SEO, Customer Success, Revenue Operations. Different functions, same instinct: use data to help other people hit their number.
Started in business development, then moved into content marketing. Managed $1.1M in rolling client revenue while using engagement data to drive strategy for 35+ accounts, hitting retention goals three quarters running.
Moved into team leadership at Brafton, running a group with $4M in combined client revenue. Joined MediaCom as SEO Director, building search strategies for Audi, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Bayer Pharmaceuticals.
Joined to run Managed Services, then shifted into CS leadership. Used product usage data to identify retention risk early, built playbooks for every stage of the customer lifecycle, and built CS reporting infrastructure from scratch.
Everything converged. I now own the full GTM operating model: pipeline creation, close rates, ICP definition, territory alignment, retention programs, forecasting, and the data infrastructure underneath it all.
